Hear from our interns.

  • “My internship at Crestview gave me meaningful hands-on experience in public affairs, and it played an important role in shaping my career path. From the beginning, I felt welcomed into an inviting and supportive environment where interns are encouraged to learn new skills, take on new challenges, and contribute in a real way.

Rather than simply observing, I was fully integrated into the project team and trusted with substantive work. This helped me build practical skills, strengthen my understanding of how public affairs works in practice, and gain insight into both the operational side of the work and the broader strategic thinking behind it.

What stood out most during my time at Crestview was the culture of support, learning, and collaboration. The team created an environment where I felt comfortable asking questions, expanding my knowledge, and growing through experience. Each new assignment gave me the opportunity to develop professionally and build confidence in my abilities.

My internship showed me what strong public affairs work looks like and confirmed my interest in continuing in this field. The experience gave me a strong foundation in public affairs, and I am now continuing to pursue my career at Crestview. I would highly encourage anyone interested in public affairs to apply to the Crestview internship program.”
