Role summary
We are looking for a Junior Consultant to join our London team. You are a talented and motivated individual with a passion for politics, current affairs and the media, and you’re looking to take the next step in your career.
You will bring a minimum of one year of relevant experience, which could be within a public affairs or corporate affairs agency, an in-house public affairs role, the civil service party politics. You’re ready to contribute to a dynamic, growing and ambitious team managing strategic campaigns that make a difference.
What you’ll do
- Help design, build and service campaigns
- Write and produce clear, compelling and insightful content for a variety of audiences, ranging from strategic communications plans, media and political analysis, client presentations, press releases, stakeholder briefings, messaging grids and social media content
- Conduct research (primary and secondary) on a variety of issues, in a variety of industries and sectors
- Conduct analysis based on your research to identify opportunities and risks that inform a strategy
- Develop strong working relationships with our clients and add value to those relationships

Role Description
We are seeking a versatile and resourceful Operations Specialist & Office Manager to join our growing team in Toronto. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless set up and day to day functioning of the new premises for our Toronto office, with an initial focus on office management and a growing mandate in broader operational support. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace experience for both clients and team members., You’ll manage the office and support vital operational processes to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
As the needs of the office evolve, you’ll have the opportunity to take on a broader portfolio of responsibilities within operations, ranging from process improvement, vendor management, facilities, and other project-based initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll collaborate with finance, IT, and other teams across the business, gaining exposure to all aspects of Crestview’s business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management & Workplace Experience (Primary focus to start)
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for clients and team members
- Manage inventory and procurement of office and kitchen supplies
- Coordinate boardroom bookings and meeting space logistics for internal and external meetings and clients
- Liaise with IT support to address and resolve office technology and systems issues
- Oversee reception, mail and courier handling, and general office tidiness
- Organize and support on-site events and client visits, including catering and logistics
Operations & Project Support (Growing focus over time)
- Work with finance on expense and credit card reconciliation, and invoice handling
- Collaborate with the broader Operations team on process improvement and ad-hoc projects (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, office moves, marketing and events, gifting)
- Contribute to facilities management, including vendor sourcing, maintenance scheduling, and supporting with health and safety compliance
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding logistics for team members and support a positive team member experience
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, hospitality, operations, or facilities management, ideally in a fast-paced or professional services environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Proven ability to take ownership, work independently, and follow through on tasks with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client and team service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams); comfort with IT troubleshooting and systems coordination and learning new applications
- Experience with budgeting, expense management, supporting operations projects or vendor contracts is an asset
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving with continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work on-site at the Toronto office, with some flexibility as operational needs evolve
