Alyssa Bhangari is a Talent and Performance Specialist with Crestview Strategy, based out of the Toronto Office.
Alyssa provides strategic insights and hands on support across the areas of talent management and development, informed by her industry knowledge, education, and work experience. She is passionate about assisting the business in achieving their goals by helping to build and develop high performing global teams and talent. Alyssa most recently supported the Human Resources operations team within TD Bank Group as an HR Coordinator.
Prior to this, much of her professional growth has come from supporting the HR team at Enstar EU Limited in London, UK as an HR Administrative Assistant/Coordinator. Alongside, Alyssa has also overseen client servicing at CIBC Mellon as a Senior Specialist. Alyssa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management with honours from York University.
Recently Alyssa attained a Master of Arts degree in International Human Resources Management with distinction from the University of Westminster in London, UK.
