Before joining Crestview Strategy, Amaial was a Digital Marketing Assistant at an advertising agency, responsible for developing marketing retention plans, digital campaigns, and analytics reporting. Prior to this, she headed creative strategy development for high-priority lifestyle brands and not-for-profit accounts.
