Andrew Brander is a Vice President with Crestview Strategy based in Toronto.
With over 20 years of experience in federal, provincial, and municipal politics, Andrew brings a deep understanding of public affairs, government relations, and issues management to advance client interests. He is a results-driven leader, devoted to improving public policy and the decision-making process.
Andrew gained his political experience under the Harper Government, working for Canada’s Minister of Transport, Minister of Labour, and Minister of Natural Resources. His work was acknowledged in The Hill Times Terrific 25 survey of top parliamentary staffers on various occasions. During his time in the Opposition, he worked for the Finance Critic and served as Chief of Staff for the Deputy Leader of the Official Opposition. In 2018, Andrew returned to Queens Park, serving as senior staff in the Ford Government.
Andrew has an extensive history of political organization, having managed campaigns at all levels for candidates across the province and serving multiple terms on the provincial executive of the Progressive Conservative Party. Andrew received a Gold Quill Award from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and an ACE Award from the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS). He also serves on the Board of Directors of TVO, Ontario’s Educational Communications Authority.
