Bableen Johal is the Director of Talent with Crestview Strategy based in Toronto.

Bableen offers strategic insights into the areas of talent management and performance coaching with a focus on culture and team building. With over fifteen years of expertise in Human Resources, she is skilled at procuring the best personnel to support business growth. Bableen has leveraged her forward-thinking insights having worked in complex environments encompassing employee engagement, leadership coaching, and organization development.

Before joining Crestview Strategy, Bableen held several strategic business partner roles. She oversaw the talent strategy at a global IT organization that contributed to significant business growth. In addition, Bableen was a Human Resources Business Partner for TD Bank’s Technology Group and was the Country HR Manager for Wipro Technologies’ operations in Canada.

Bableen holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.
