Celia’s expertise lies in understanding political decision-making and the regulatory process. She advises clients on government relations, public affairs strategy, and political campaigning. Celia has spent her career working at the frontline of UK politics, including in government, on general elections and political party leadership campaigns.
Most recently she was a Special Adviser to two UK Secretaries of State for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy, and one Chancellor of the Exchequer. She has extensive experience shaping policy, delivering legislation, and in crisis communications.
Before working in government Celia managed communications and reputation campaigns for corporates and trade bodies in the UK across heavily regulated sectors including energy, transport, finance, and infrastructure.
