Frank’s passion is the opportunity to work with clients to build and execute successful grassroots movements supporting public policy changes. Frank is a research, government relations, and communications specialist who brings his public affairs expertise to develop and implement innovative and successful strategies for clients.

Previously on Parliament Hill, Frank advised Cabinet Ministers, Senators, and Members of Parliament on policy and stakeholder relations. He has worked on several political campaigns and was responsible for drafting speeches, in-depth policy briefings, and providing detailed issue analyses.
