Jon Robinson is a Senior Consultant with Crestview Strategy.
With extensive political and public affairs experience across Canada, Jon specializes in providing clients with strategic public affairs counsel, critical insight on public policy, government and stakeholder relations.
Prior to joining Crestview Strategy, Jon spent a decade working for the British Columbia New Democratic Party in government and in opposition, building a deep understanding of how issues and policy develop through the political process and how decisions are reached in government. Jon served as the Director of Policy to Premier John Horgan as well as the Executive Director of Planning and Priorities in the office of the Deputy Minister to the Premier.
Jon oversaw the development of two winning election platforms in British Columbia and held senior positions on the 2013, 2017, and 2020 provincial election campaigns for the BC NDP. He has advised political parties and elected officials across Canada on campaign strategy and public policy.
Jon holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Thomas University as well as a Master of Arts (Communications) and a Master of Public Policy (Economics) from Simon Fraser University.
