Madison Leach is the Director of Operations at Crestview Strategy, based in Toronto.
Madison manages the integral operations of the agency including executive support and administration, IT, marketing, events, and facilities. She is passionate about client service and client experience, continually aiming to improve business operations.
Madison’s prior experience stems from her time at the Attorney General’s office in Ontario and with the Minister of Francophone Affairs where she played a lead role in day-to-day operations and logistics as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant. Madison executed a key role during the July 2018 government transition, onboarding the Attorney General’s office staff and acting as a liaison between the Minister’s office and the Ministry.
Madison has worked in various positions within the Ontario Public Service, including at the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs in policy, program, and corporate sectors.
Madison holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Guelph.
