Mandi Johnson is a Vice President at Crestview Strategy based in Edmonton, with over a decade of leadership experience in Alberta politics.
Mandi specializes in shaping strategic narratives that influence public opinion and unite stakeholders to achieve measurable success. Her expertise in marketing, communications, and public affairs enables her to deliver effective solutions for clients across various sectors.
Her experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to Alberta’s Minister of Advanced Education and the Minister of Culture, Multiculturalism, and Status of Women. In these roles, she developed and implemented comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies, crisis communications, and policy initiatives to connect with Albertans on priority issues.
Before her roles in government, Mandi worked in communications for Wildrose Party Leaders Danielle Smith and Brian Jean, where she provided strategic communications guidance during key political campaigns and policy initiatives.
Throughout her career, Mandi has run dozens of campaigns at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels, honing her skills in campaign strategy, voter mobilization, and public relations.
Mandi is also an active community volunteer, helping to provide unique, meaningful experiences for children with cancer and empowering girls through leadership development programs. She was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal for her outstanding service to the province of Alberta, in recognition of her leadership and contributions.
