Meagan Byrd is a Consultant with Crestview Strategy, based in Halifax. Meagan provides strategic counsel to clients on crisis communications and media relations.
Previously, Meagan wrote for iPoliticsINTEL, covering legislative activity and parliamentary committees on Parliament Hill. She has and continues to volunteer for the Conservative Party of Canada and the PC Party of Nova Scotia.
At the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy Meagan led a team of researchers, analyzing multilateral relations within international organizations. She attended several G7 and G20 Summits, leading the team’s external communications and media relations.
Meagan holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto and a Master of Journalism from the University of King’s College. She is a member of the Canadian International Council and the Canadian Public Relations Society.
