Muhammad Ali is a Senior Consultant with Crestview Strategy in Ottawa.
Muhammad’s deep understanding of government decision-making gives him the necessary expertise to provide insightful public affairs and government relations counsel to help achieve client success. His experience includes transportation, immigration, telecommunications, housing, and technology. Muhammad sits on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Club of Ottawa and appears on media channels as a political strategist and commentator.
Most recently, as Government Relations Advisor at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, Muhammad led advocacy files on climate change, housing, public safety, and infrastructure. He also managed the re-election of a Liberal Member of Parliament in the 2019 federal election. Prior to that, Muhammad was a Senior Consultant at a public affairs agency managing complex issues for corporate and not-for-profit clients. He also has worked and volunteered in several federal, provincial, and municipal elections.
Muhammad earned a Master of Arts in International Relations, Global Political Economy from McMaster University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University.
