Taleesha Thorogood is a Senior Consultant at Crestview Strategy in Calgary.
Taleesha brings her government relations, stakeholder, and community engagement skills to develop integrated public affairs strategies for clients. She is the National President of the Public Affairs Association of Canada (PAAC) and was previously President of the Alberta Chapter. Alongside, Taleesha volunteers on the board of the Hydrogen Business Council. In 2022 she was named one of The Peak’s Emerging Leaders.
Prior to joining the Crestview Strategy team, Taleesha worked as a Senior Business Advisor providing international law firm clients with government relations advice and counsel. Before that, her community engagement and stakeholder relations campaigns implemented at the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) significantly improved public acceptance of the oil and natural gas sector. Taleesha has also worked on Parliament Hill in the Office of the Leader of the Official Opposition, providing strategic communications support for provincial, federal, and leadership campaigns.
Taleesha earned her Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in International Studies and Modern Languages from the University of Ottawa.
