Owen Crawford-Lem is a Consultant with Crestview Strategy, based in Ottawa.
Owen provides key insights and counsel on a wide range of public and regulatory affairs issues. With a deep understanding of issues facing Canadians today, Owen crafts creative advocacy strategies that catch the eye of government decision makers, securing policy and regulatory wins that strengthen business strategy, and manage risk.
Before joining Crestview, Owen worked with university students, academics, and senior administrators to advance issues critical to the higher education system in Ontario and Canada. Owen spent two years as a Trustee at Queen’s University where he represented over 29,000 students and was responsible for the stewardship of business and financial affairs as well as the University’s public affairs, reputation, and overall strategic direction.
Owen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Studies and Sociology from Queen’s University where he earned the Outstanding Student Leader award for his exceptional volunteerism and leadership.
