With extensive experience across both government and corporate sectors, Nick brings a deep understanding of political and public policy issues. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a double major in Political Science and Industrial Relations from the University of New South Wales. Early in his career, Nick worked in the offices of the Hon. Gary Punch MP (Minister for Defence Science and Personnel) and the Hon. Robert McClelland MP (Shadow Attorney-General and Shadow Minister for Industrial Relations).
In 2001, Nick co-founded Specialist Opinions, a leading medico-legal service provider. As Managing Partner, he helped provide specialist medical assessments to the insurance industry, government departments and agencies, and the legal sector.
Nick has a proven track record advising local and international clients on all aspects of legislation, regulation, and public policy development at both federal and state levels. His bipartisan approach, along with his strategic insights into political risks and opportunities, enables his clients to effectively leverage their strengths and defend against potential challenges.
Over the years, Nick has represented clients across various sectors, including banking and finance, transport infrastructure, telecommunications, health, and resources. He has developed specialized expertise in industries such as the gig economy, retail, IT and digital transformation and construction.
