Dan Moulton is a Vice President at Crestview Strategy in Toronto.
Dan specializes in building public affairs and strategic communications strategies to influence public opinion and secure policy victories. He has extensive experience successfully leading Canada’s largest corporations through periods of change, regulatory turmoil, and reputational risk. Dan is a frequent political commentator across Canada’s national media outlets, including CBC, CTV, and Global News.
Prior to joining Crestview Strategy, Dan was a senior advisor at Queen’s Park in the Dalton McGuinty and Kathleen Wynne governments. In previous roles, Dan has supplied strategic communication leadership on high-stakes government files, including one of the largest public offerings in Canadian history.
He serves as a Director of the Canadian Club of Toronto and is a founding director of the next-gen Foundation Board for the largest healthcare research organization in North America. Dan is also a patron of the National Ballet of Canada’s young professionals’ program.
Dan holds an Master of Science in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Huron College at the University of Western Ontario. Hailing from Woodstock, Dan is an active advisor to the Leader of the Ontario Liberal Party and previously stood as the party’s candidate in Oxford County.
